Vibrant Creative has launched a new live gamecast feature on Cooperstown All-Star Village’s website that allows viewers from all over the world to watch games live over the internet.
Cooperstown All-Star Village is a family baseball resort in Upstate New York where hundreds of little league teams from all over the country compete in weekly tournaments from June through August.
After months of research and development, Vibrant’s web development team created a camera and streaming video system so families of the players can watch the games live over the internet from any location. Games being played on any of the resort’s eight fields can be watched live.
“Teams from all over the country, and even from other countries, travel to Cooperstown All Star Village for a baseball resort experience that they can’t get anywhere else,” said Martin Patton, owner of the resort. “But there are thousands of family members back home who want to see what’s happening in the games.”
“Marty challenged us to come up with a tool to get the games on people’s computers at home,” said Christopher Quereau, Vibrant’s Creative Director and President. “Our web development team created a custom solution integrating modern cameras and readily available online streaming technology to get it done in time for this season.”
Vibrant originally developed and launched the resort’s website, www.CooperstownAllStarVillage.com, in 2009 featuring compelling design, strategic navigation, and an array of integrated social media tools like Blogging, YouTube, Facebook, Twitter and Ning.
Access to the new live streaming gamecasts is available by clicking on the feature on the resort’s website homepage.

Renowned technology innovator, Endicott Interconnect Technologies, has received brand new vibrant print materials written, designed and developed by Vibrant Creative.
EI is a leader in advanced electronic packaging solutions, including printed circuit board fabrication, semiconductor packaging and assembly services.
Our job at Vibrant was to educate their clients about their superior products and services through the design and writing of their print materials.
In addition to looking fantastic, the pieces tell the EI story and give their sales team the tools they need to position themselves properly in the field.
As an added bit of coolness we added an effect to the printing using a Spot UV laminate to emulate a circuit board which you can only see on the pieces at certain angles (see pictures below).
The pieces have been a huge success and are being well received.

ESPN SportsCenter anchor John Anderson and his family host an annual event for their charitable organization the Anderson Family Charitable Foundation, which assists underserved elementary school-aged children. Vibrant recently donated materials and marketing to support this important and effective organization. Materials provided included logo design for the foundation as well as promotional materials for the event, below is a quote from the Andersons.
“The response to our materials has been outstanding and we could not be more pleased! I am happy to report that most of the sponsorship opportunities have been sold! I have no doubt that the creative, high-quality materials played a role in our success. Your team was cooperative, accessible and easy to work with which made everything run smoothly.” – John & Tamara Anderson

It’s official: The marketing, communications and web development firm formerly known as “GrafiQa” is now Vibrant Creative.
Company President Christopher Quereau made the announcement on April 22 at a launch event in Downtown Binghamton. Vibrant’s employees hosted more than 50 clients, friends, and community and business leaders for the announcement at the company’s new Binghamton Office at 199 State Street. The following day, on April 23rd a follow up event was held at the Oneonta location.

“The name ‘Vibrant Creative’ accurately embodies who we are and what we do for our clients,” said Quereau. “The name is the result of a six month research and development process.”
Bijoy Datta, Vibrant’s Director of Client Relations, added, “This new name explains exactly what our employees do: make our clients Vibrant.”
During our Binghamton and Oneonta Launch events several clients give their opinion on the new name. See below video:
The company unveiled the name along with the logo and a promotional video. Quereau explained the graphic development of the logo, which was conceived by “looking downward onto a fiber optic light and thinking how vibrant the colors were.”
The celebration also marked the Grand Opening of Vibrant’s new Binghamton Office. The building was formerly a dilapidated industrial building that sat as a vacant eyesore for years. Vibrant gutted and renovated the entire building, including an entirely new interior buildout, new electric, new heating/cooling, new plumbing and more. The Grand Opening marks the end of a yearlong process that began with the company’s “Grand Smashing” media event on 4/8/09. All work on the building was done by local contractors. The below image is a picture of the conference room table built by Unalam.com
You can see the brand launch video on youtube.
You can see more pictures of the inside of the new building at 199state.com

On 4.22.10, after 8 years of mispronunciation, misspelling and general aversion to speaking it, our name/brand will change. The brand change will happen at the Grand Opening of our new Satellite Office in Binghamton. We’re also hosting a get-together on 4.23.10 at 12 noon at our Oneonta location to celebrate the event. Food, friends and general awesomeness will be at both events.
The name GrafiQa came from our roots as a graphic design company combined with trying to build in the Q from my last name “Quereau”.
I remember fondly my grandmother telling me that everyone would try to spell it with a “u” and me thinking she didn’t know what she was talking about. Of course, after a year, I had to buy the domain name GrafiQua.com because everyone kept typing it in wrong. So props to Grandma Rosemary.
As a branding company who has worked with countless organizations across the U.S. on branding and marketing problems, it was becoming more and more ironic that our brand had a critical weakness.
After long and extensive research, our new name is finally ready and we’re all super pumped about it.
Over the next weeks watch your mailbox, email, the internet, newspaper and airwaves for more about our big event and watch some serious brand power in action.

GrafiQa Creative Services recently designed, built and launched the region’s first tourim-related iPhone software application, also known as an “app”.
The app, which is available as a free download at the Apple iTunes online store, was created for Catskill Region Tourism, which is comprised of the tourism agencies from Delaware, Greene, Ulster and Sullivan Counties.
The app, called “The Catskills”, allows users to view up-to-the-minute information about events, lodging, attractions, camping and other details right on their mobile phone from any location.

This new tool will boost economic development and tourism by giving travelers – many of whom come from Downstate NY and other areas – more information about where they can spend their discretionary income in our area.
“The goal of our Catskill Region is to capture a significant share of the travel market. As the traveler becomes more sophisticated with researching information on vacation destinations, the Catskill Region is utilizing this new technology to promote the rich tourism assets of our Catskill area,” said Herb Clark, President of Catskills Region Tourism. “This new iPhone app will give users a quick and easy way to obtain information about all the Catskill Region has to offer right in the palm of their hands.”
GrafiQa’s team of web developers built the iPhone app and managed the process of getting it approved by Apple and made live in the iTunes store.
“Getting instant information directly on your cellphone, laptop or other mobile device is what modern consumers in every industry want,” said Christopher Quereau, President of GrafiQa. “We’re building new tools using new technology to make sure our clients don’t get left behind.”
More information about attractions and events in the Catskills Region can be found at the official tourism website, which was also created by GrafiQa.
We just finished up work on the Springbrook Annual Report for 2009.
Our designers used a photo album/scrapbook effect with bright colors to create a welcoming and warm effect – just like everything Springbrook stands for.
Take a look….
